Reservations will not be considered firm until a 25 percent deposit is received. All in-water vessel sizes are subject to size verification and price adjustment.

Square footage is computed by multiplying the overall length, including overhangs, times the beam, at $3.25 per square foot. (Minimum per vessel, $800.) A used vessel that is still a current model and is also sold new by the displaying dealer/broker will be charged at the new vessel rate. Electrical hookup is not included with space rental.

Cost is computed at $33 per running foot, including all overhangs, for total length. (Minimum price per boat, $800.)

Exhibit space is outside on the cobblestone street at $3.75 per square foot. (Minimum $800.)

The Sailboat rate is $25 Ft but for the Sailboats located on the Sailboat Dock Only, and vessels must be Stern Tied. Sailboat exhibiting outside of the specific sailboat dock will be subject to normal new or brokerage rates.
